We make Blemex Blend explosives using bulk emulsion explosives with additives, which increases the VOD and bulk strength. Depending on the specific conditions of the mine, the use of bulk emulsion explosive is highly effective for hard rock types.
We produce ANFO explosives that meets the Mongolian standard MNS 4223: 94, depending on the customer’s requirements explosives are delivered by specifically designed vehicles for dry boreholes. Productivity is high considering the low cost of the product and loading the borehole is done within short time frame.
PACKAGING TECHNOLOGY
Packaged explosive is a product suitable for the use in Mongolia’s harsh climate and have a long shelf life. For the customer’s with a low consumption and seasonal limitation, it is ideal for stockpiling in a storage magazine. We produce the following types of packaged explosives.

Packaged emulsion explosives are widely used for blasting operations in a gas and dust safe environment such as open and underground mines. This type of explosives has a high VOD and brisance and can be packaged in any diameter from 32 to 220 mm, depending on the customer’s demand.
Ordinary or reinforced explosives are packaged in a double polyethylene lined bags which is manufactured by a complete set of stationary equipment with a fully automated control system made in the USA.
Reinforced explosives with aluminum granules do not generate particles in the air and do not accumulate static charges, therefore it is safe and friendly for the environment and health issues. Compared to ordinary explosives it is more suitable for open pit iron ore mining with hard rocks and permafrost ground due to its high VOD and capacity.
